Responsive 2025: Brand Evolution
2025 marked a major shift in how Responsive shows up in the market. The work centered on a full website redesign alongside a broader evolution of the visual identity.
The new website introduced a more product-forward approach. Real platform imagery—built directly from Figma—replaced abstract visuals, giving visitors a clearer view into how the platform works. This was reinforced with a fully animated product walkthrough, designed to showcase core workflows in motion rather than static screenshots.
The human element became more intentional. Customer photography and authentic testimonials were brought forward to ground the experience in real outcomes, not just product features.
Visually, the site leaned into the brand’s three gradient systems as a defining element. These gradients weren’t decorative—they were used to structure the page, create rhythm, and differentiate key sections across the experience.
Beyond the website, the brand expanded through a growing body of thought leadership content pieces. AI-focused content introduced a distinct visual language using imagery generated with Firefly, leaning into warmer tones within the gradient system. For flagship assets like the annual SRM Report and Buyer’s Guide, a Bauhaus-inspired poster style became a unifying graphic approach—bringing consistency while allowing each piece to stand on its own.
All of this culminated in a new brand guidelines microsite, built on Standard. The goal was simple: make the brand usable. Core assets—logo, color, typography, and messaging—are now centralized and accessible for internal teams, partners, and customers.
